We have all been there... Done that... Yes, ladies (and MEN!), I am talking about that nasty stomach flu. Or even a bad stomach ache for that matter. Unfortunately I was a recent victim and had it for 4 miserable days. Lucky for me I have a heavenly-sent client who is a nurse and told me one thing to remember to make life a little easier on you... B.R.A.T. B is for Banana - for potassium which help replace lost nutrients. R is for Rice - easy on the stomach. A is for Apples/Applesauce - gives you Vitamin C and helps with digestion. T is for toast - also easy on the stomach. These "binding" foods are low-fiber foods and can help you recover.
